Vantage · Field operations
The hawk’s view that still catches the detail
Rise above the noise.
One number follows the money. Vantage sees a field-marketing agency the way a hawk sees a field — the whole operation at once, and the single rupee out of place on the ground. A lead becomes an estimate, the estimate becomes an order with a job number — and that number follows every purchase order, vendor payment, driver expense, warehouse movement and accounting voucher for the life of the job.

The world before
Agencies lose margin in the gaps.
Between what was sold, what was actually spent in the field, and what the accountant eventually booked, there is a gap — and the margin lives in it. Estimates in spreadsheets, vendor POs in email, driver expenses on WhatsApp, stock in someone’s head. The true P&L arrives months late, if ever.
The insight
Close the loop with one lineage key — and let the books be the truth.
Vantage stamps every job with a number that deliberately continues the agency’s existing accounting series, so new jobs are continuous with a decade of historical books. The office accounting system’s real vouchers are pulled back in and auto-linked to platform purchase orders — so job-level profit reconciles to the rupee against the books, not against a dashboard’s opinion.
And where matching is uncertain — is this payment an advance or a settlement? — the system refuses to guess. That restraint is what makes the numbers trustworthy.
The product
The agency’s entire commercial nervous system.
Lead → estimate → order → invoice
Vendor-priced estimates with margin, orders with job numbers, proforma and progress invoices capped at order value, maker-checker amendments, credit-note-only reductions — with dual ledgers so drafts reserve headroom without overcommitting.
Request → RFQ → PO → reconciliation
Multi-vendor quotes, PDF purchase orders delivered by email, versioned reject/resubmit, payment requests, and reconciliation against uploaded bank statements.
Evidence that survives tampering
The field app burns location, address and timestamp into the photo pixels themselves — the geotag persists even after EXIF stripping. Offline-first capture with a local queue, batched commits and retry means poor coverage never loses work.
Scanning with on-device recognition
Multi-pass OCR with candidate voting and confidence scoring, matched against a downloaded inventory index — driving IN, OUT and DAMAGE movements tied to campaign and driver.
Approvals that know Indian business
Approval steps carry working-day TATs, resolve owners dynamically by role, and escalate to a higher approver above a rupee threshold — with notifications fired atomically inside the business transaction.
Enterprise-depth access control
113 named permissions across 40+ roles — Driver and Promoter through Operations, Purchase and Accounts to CEO, COO, MD and CFO dashboards, plus external vendor and client views — with a full actor-attributed audit log.
The standout
The daily report that files itself — over a phone call.
People who will never fill in a form will always answer a phone.
An operator clicks Call. The driver picks up. A realtime speech model holds the conversation in Hindi, with full awareness of the campaign the driver is working — and as they speak, the extracted fields stream back to the operator’s screen and populate the daily report.
No app training. No literacy requirement. No end-of-day chase. The single hardest data-capture problem in field operations, solved with the one interface every field worker already knows: a phone call in their own language.
This is what applied AI looks like when it starts from the work instead of the technology.
Vantage currently runs a single agency in production; it is not yet offered as self-serve SaaS. If your agency or field organisation faces the same gaps, talk to us — this platform is the proof of what we can build around your operation.
The product, for real
The agency's real command centre.
Live production screens. Client names and figures are deliberately softened — this system runs a real business.

The CEO dashboard — sales, orders, team performance and process bottlenecks in one command centre

Cost-centre P&L — budget, realised cost and margin, reconciled to Tally

Campaign profitability — revenue minus true cost, project by project

Retainer accounts — MRR, pending billing and renewals, tracked automatically
Your operation has its own truths. We encode them.
Vantage exists because one agency let us learn its business to the rupee. Tell us about yours.
